Invisible Wickedness

       In a scientifically oriented world, it appears that invisible concepts are often ignored or given second class status.  Recent philosophers seemed to target invisible concepts especially as second class thinking or foolishness.  And God is well known to be invisible along with his challenger Lucifer or the devil.  T. Edison said, “I have never seen the slightest scientific proof of heaven and hell, of future life . . . or of a personal God.” Well yesterday, 14 December 2012, the world got to see some evidence of “invisible wickedness” at work.  A 20-year-old in New Town, Connecticut killed his mother then went into a grade school assault style and murdered 20 LITTLE children and 6 schoolteachers, then himself.  This incident has to be the epitome of evil.
      Of course, this was not the first.  The Columbine, Colorado middle school event in ’99 seemed to be about the start of this horrible series of mass murder incidents in the U.S.   And we are not alone in the world with these events.  Western demon-possessed servants of Satan generally use guns.  The radical Muslim style is to use personal explosives or (jet fuel) in a populated area & say “Allah Akbar” – (Allah is Great) just before detonation.  I can positively say the true God has absolutely no part in ANY of those murderous actions.  They are the handiwork of His adversary Lucifer or Satan who is invisible.   On a positive note – when children die, I want to believe God takes them directly to Heaven to grow up there.  Unfortunately, when perpetrators of these events die, their demons go on living to promote evil through someone else.
      Why is man so determined not to believe in the invisible?  Why do people look at these evil events and not see an invisible mind or design behind them?  Why do the current professional thinkers analyze these evil manifestations, and rarely include the possibility that “an enemy (of God) has done this.”   Mt 13:24-28     I suspect the answer is intellectually toxic and has 2 parts:  1) To admit an invisible devil is real, is to admit that God is real.  2) To admit God is real, accountability and commitment to Him is called for.  (See also "What's in the Air?" link 110)  
      We live in a late hour of this world’s history.  The second coming of Christ is probably quite close.  Devilish activity worldwide seems to be increasing.   And the atheistic trends from those philosophers like Comte, Voltaire, Darwin, Diderot, Edison, Freud, Hemingway, Sartre and others have created a modern-day college mindset that God is just imaginary.   Well, I believe the scripture that says; “Beware lest any man spoil you thru philosophy and vain deceit, after the traditions of this world . . .”  Col. 2:8    When I was about 18 BEFORE being influenced by the above atheists and philos., God revealed sobering stuff to me personally about the devil.     See “The Demon” Link #43    A couple years later He poured out on me Christ’s salvation and Spirit.  For about 40 years I have been able to see the designs of evil AND good in this world.  And God’s invisible nature doesn’t stop me from believing and being blessed in FAITH.  See “Invisible God” Link #44 
     The Bible is the source book for spiritual perspective.  (Which is why our adversary’s spokesmen above wanted to bury it.)   From scripture teaching our adversary is exposed: “He was a murderer from the beginning . . .” John 8:44    “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy . . .”  John 10:10  “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”   Ephesians 6:12   Considering the spiritual environment, - it is not surprising when some misguided souls who cultivate false religion, atheism, dope, evil presence, violent video games, anger, hate, rejection, ARSENALS, etc. then become possessed, and occasionally do horrible deeds.
      So, what can the individual do at a time like this?   Simple – starting with no. 1 which is yourself, “. . .Resist the devil and he will flee from you.  Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.”    James 4:7-8      If we are open to God’s invisible dimension and have FAITH, He will give us answers, renewal and hope.  Why let the herd of atheistic thinkers and evil events be confusing.  Choose Jesus, He is alive – and be blessed.  Consider joining a local church and support it.  It may also be in order to help promote a ban on assault style weapons. Only the police and military should have them.
